I am on TS 6.7.2 SP1 on Windows. I am trying to install cssdk client on my system which is windows xp, unfortunately, it is not supported. But the only other way I can put client is on the TeamSite server itself? Is it a good practice to do so?

Hi,

there is a config file in the cssdk installer (an XML file) , which would have an entry of the Compatible OS , if you can make an entry in the same file with the OS version, you can install CSSDK Client in XP.

Else you can copy the jar's to your local machine from the server and have it in your local machine

Of course it doesn't make sense that you can't install the cssdk client on Windows XP machine (non server OS). Most of the time, you would be doing your development on the client (most like win xp, win vista, etc...) But the client installation requires that you have to install it on a Windows server? Hmm... So just install the cssdk client on the TeamSite server machine, and then copy the jars back to your Windows client machine.
