Apache custom server for preview - errors

Hi, all -

Working with TS 6.7.2 installed on a Win 2k3 box - and Apache installed & configured to preview .jsp's.

When the server is rebooted, the following errors log:
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Syntax error on line 177 of E:/Apache/conf/httpd.conf
AND
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> DocumentRoot must be a directory

Have made the following changes to the httpd.conf file:
1. Listen 81
2. DocumentRoot "Y:/default/main/"
3. In alias_module:
<Directory "Y:/">
Options Indexes MultiViews Includes
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory/>
Alias /iw-mount/ Y:/

Anyone run across this before?
Would appreciate any help. . .

The part I highlighted above looks very suspicious - it should probably be removed.
