Logging/'Tracking' of iManO2K?

Hello,

we have a strange problem here with the iManage 8.2 Office Integration at one of our customers:

Sometimes MS-Word completely freezes with the message "iManO2K error 4605 ManageMailMergeLink", even if the user doesn't use worksite functionality.

We had two tickets at the worksite-eurosupport, but they could not reproduce the issue.

Is it possible to turn on some logging or tracking (or something like that) of the iManO2K to see, what it is doing while the error occurs?
