iwpt_compile question

I need help determining why iwpt_compile is failing when I attempt to generate an output file - all I get is somthing like the following:

Could not output file: test.xml

I get the same error whether I run from within a PERL script or from the command line. Which log file should I look at for more details as to the reason?

Chances are, you either do not have writing credentials to the -ofile Path or this Path does not exist

Look at every logfile you find until you can verify that it is/is not getting updated whenever you try to perform the preview. However, I'd probably start with iwtrace.log and iwui/servletd_out.log.

The reason is probably permissions-based - but that's just a guess.
