To make absolute and relative links work correctly during preview, we have added the following to the iw.cfg in 6.7.1, but it doesnt seem to work. Is there anything else that needs to be done???

You typically do not need ANY remaps to make absolute and relative paths to work. When you need them is determined by the workarea structure you use and the docroot.

So no one here can help you until you show the folder structure in the workarea and then how you are referencing files in the URL
