Programatically change the ceiling directory

Hi,

I would like to change the ceiling directory value programatically when I connect to mediaBin through the ECM. The ceiling directory is hardcoded in the datacapture.cfg, but I wonder if this can be changed. For example, if the user is under branch A in TS, then he/she clicks the MediaBin button in a form through ECM, it should redirect them to folder A in mediaBin. We want to do this so that users that are allowed to branch A only can update from folder A in MediaBin.

Is this possible?
How can I make this work?
