OK, so I need a unique identifier for data that *may* get dropped in a DB down the road. So I wanted to just create a GUID for each and move on. However it does not appear that iwPerl includes anything to gen a GUID. I can download a PM to do it, but am looking for other options as well, I was thinking of writing a service to generate one but that may not be any faster. Any JS functions I can use ? I plan to use this in FormAPI anyway. Tips/Pointers/RTFMs appreciatedAndy
