Review issue using Visual Annotate

I m facing a problem in reviewing an HTML file in a workflow while using the Visual Annotate.
I have configured VA and I m getting the Review option with the attached HTML file but when click on that option, I m getting an error message saying "You are not authorized to view this page".

The following are the URLs being called:
When I click on the HTML in the workarea it opens up using the following URL:
"http:///iw-mount/default/main/direct/WORKAREA/website/templatedata/Test/Sample/data/" (Working Fine)

When I click on the Review option for the HTML file in workflow it opens up using the following URL:
"http:///iw-cc/viewInitialContent?vpath=///default/main/direct/WORKAREA/website/templatedata/Test/Sample/data/" (Not Authorised error message)

Can anybody please help me out in solving this issue.

I m using TeamSite 6.7.2 SP1.
