Preview the content using XSLT...........

Hi,
I am working on Teamsite 6.5 an OS is windows.
My requirement is to clicking te preview button provided on the form using tag in DCT, user should be able to preview the content entered in the form. The content should be converted to HTML using XSLT.

My Approach:

1)On clicking the “Preview All” Button createPreview.ipl file is invoked, which create the xml file at “” folder.

2)XSL file is uploaded at “” folder (location is same as above).

3)XSL file is referred in xml file using “” tag.

4)On invoking the xml file on teamsite using the URL https://teamsiteintegration.us.hsbc/iw-cc/previewfile?vpath=/.xml

Open the xml file as the text file instead of converting to HTML.
Please find the screen shot of the output attached below.

Is there any other way to achieve this requirement?

When you upgrade to 671 (or beyond) TS comes with an XSLT compiler that you can use instead of the Perl-based PT compiler. Before 671 - you could use a PT that uses XSLT tags to invoke XSLT through your Perl-based PT.

The image you posted is useless, as far as I can tell, because the text is too small, and when enlarged the text is unreadable.

I suggest you spend a bit of time looking at the iwperldoc TeamSite:T::iwov_xslt (also available through http://ts_server/iw/help/tst/pt) and the rest of the documentation regarding building PTs.
