eWebEditPro add-on Popup while Editing DCR

Hi,
Our one of the user is getting following Pop-up while she open the DCR in edit mode.

"This website wants to run the following add-on: 'eWebEditPro' from 'Ektron Inc'. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here......"

I am the admin user, but I am not getting following alert.
Please help me to resolve it.

how about letting it install the software ? Your development team included the VFE which is being loaded.

Do you have anyone at your company who knows TeamSite ? Trivial questions like this should be direct at them.

User has already click that and installed it..Even every time he edit the DCR getting the same pop-up.

something did not get installed correctly. There is no way to debug it short of going to that person's desk and installing it again and looking for errors.

You can check that his browser is at a supported level and the JVM is correct also.

I believe your TS users probably need admin access to their local desktops/laptops to install Ektron.

Hi Nipp & Patel,
I don't think so, user requires Admin rights for any client side software.
Also she has IE7 and Java TM6.
