MediaBin with Flipfactory problem

Hi,

I am trying to create a task using flipfactory encoder for video and audio download. i have follwed the step below

1. I have installed flipfactory sucessfully and running on different machine.
2. created factories and given the designation folder as UNC path (\\servername\MBDataDirectory\FlipFactory\Output).
3. Configured the jar files and inserted two rows related to flip factory in MBSettings.
4. message.xml file is created and put in Factory command files folder.
5. Task has been created and mapped the xml file.
6. When i tried to download the video using the created tasks.
it shows an error like

Exception in Primitive {AF24A88A}! Reason = Error writing to file, Message = FlipFactory did not return an output file. Please check log C:\WINDOWS\system32\flipflop.log

Find the log file details below:

Unsuccessful termination.
Message not sent.
-Error:retrieveXML(): Exception: Character conversion error: "Unconvertible UTF-8 character beginning with 0x94" (line number may be too low).

Could pls help on this issue.

My best guess off the top of my head is that it does not like the servername it is retrieving for the FlipFactory server. If you enable the prim.log in the Windows registry that may shed some light as it reports the full path being given to the command that invokes FlipFactory.
