SitePublisher Error Page

In SitePublisher,I create an Error page, and pointed to it in the "default.site" config file. But in the teamsite enviroment my 404 erros do not redirect to the Error Page. -

Check out log file. Any thing is pointing?

Default.site is not a valid "page" per say. What is the behavior you are seeing in TS? Probably taking you to the "start" page? Please provide that info.
