[SERVER] project does not exist
sivaramiyer
All,
I have written a java client to retrieve the terms from a metatagger project, and the client fails for some project with the below exception.
The MT project is indexed, committed and made live from the MT admin interface.
any ideas?
java.lang.Exception: [SERVER] discovery.testVocab project does not exist
at com.interwoven.icm.mtclient.MetaTaggerClient.send(MetaTaggerClient.java:682)
at com.interwoven.icm.mtclient.MetaTaggerClient.getSVTermRoots(MetaTaggerClient.java:218)
at com.interwoven.metatagger.util.MetaTaggerUtil.main(MetaTaggerUtil.java:42)

i forgot to mention in my above post - I DID bounce the MT server before running the client.
Thanks

i figured this out -
the particular MT project i was trying to access from the client was NOT part of any content processor defined in MetaTagger. Once i added the project to a processor + bounce the server, the client could connect and pull out the tags.
looks like another bug in MT. :-)
thanks,
Sivaram

In MT 4.1.3, browse only projects can be accessed without adding in to the content processor.
