search excluding content in the archived content channel of site

Hello ,

We are using default search of WEM. while searching a text it finds items from archived content channel. We want to exclude the content coming from archived content channel.

Please suggest.

Once simple solution at the rendering time, Chnage the display view logic. Read content's channel association before rendering. Only render content which doesn't have Archive channel in channel association list.
