Hi,
We are facing a problem in creating templates. When a user tries to create a new template he gets an exception stack on the screen where he should have got the options to enter the template details. Following are the exceptions we are getting:

Going through the exception stack shows that the logged in user does not have the access permissions on a branch containing fixed-layouts:
com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSAuthorizationException: //mytsserver/mystore/main/mybranch/WORKAREA/work/iw/config/fixed-layout(Permission denied)
If we make the logged in user an Administrator on the branch containing the fixed layouts the template creation starts to works. Interestingly it does does not work if we give the user, rights other than Administrator's.
Is it the expected behaviour of SitePublisher to check the access persmissions for the user on the branches where the fixed-layouts are kept?
We are using TS 6.7.2.0 on Windows 2003 server.
Any help/pointers on this issue are appreciated.
