FileSite Icon/Folders becomes mail folders in Outlook

For some reason the FileSite icons/folders/matter lists in Outlook 2000/2003 becomes a normal Outlook mail folder. Just tries to reinstall the FS program but no luck.

Any ideas?

Try the following:

In outlook go to Help --> About Microsoft Outlook --> And select Disabled Items.

If you have any item related with imanage or worksite enable it, it should solve the issue, maybe you have to re-start outlook.
