can anyone tell me how to attach our global.css stylesheet to the visual editor?

what is happening is that users see actual bullets in the visual editor, and when they generate and publish, since we have list-style-type:none on all lists, they do not see bullets...

so i would like to apply this style to the editor so they know they gey what they see.

BTW: the main configuration file for VFE on TS end is the "visualformatconfig.xml".
