404 error on visual tab

Hi,
I have a question regarding the 'Visual' tab when I compare the dcr from staging and workarea. I can see the difference in the xml text in the 'Source' tab. Also the right values for 'Tags' and 'Properties' tabs. However in the 'Visual' screen I am getting 404 (Page can’t be found) error message.
How could I fix this problem? Could you please lead me in the right direction on how to configure the setting here. See the attached file for this screen shot.

Hi

I am not sure weather it's a bug or not? But,i tried this option for html files and image files it works ,simply shows the visual differences ,for other's it shows 404 errors if the file don't have any visual like in case of xml.

May be it is an IW Bug,instead of this error 404 it should display message like "No Visuals Available" etc.
