Workflow | job description

Hi,

The "Job Description" fields on the TeamSite Workflow tab is coming BLANK for my workflow. Which attribute in the workflow (.wft) fill this information on the TeamSite Workflow tab.

I am already filling the "description" attribute of the workflow tag. Is there any other workflow attribute which fills the information in 'Job Description' column of TeamSite Workflow UI

The formatting of your post kind of botched things up - however the answer to your question is, I believe, iw_desc - which is normally set via TAG_info().

Hi,

I tried the same with Interwoven default workflow. Its the same behaviour there too. 'Job Description' column on Workflow TAB is BLANK.

Do we need to do something extra ?

Problem got resolved.

We need to add task and workflow variable to set the value for 'job.description' in each task and workflow tag.

Insert under "workflow" tag

Insert at end of each "task" tag

'iw_desc' is a text field on Workflow Initiation Form.
