login window stuck, can't login

I have a very urgent question, who can save me ?

We suffered this problem several times when our customers tried to connect to MediaBin4.6.1 through web client. The login window got stuck. No errors appeared.

I checked logs. Logs say no jobs processed since then. When I restarted mediabin service, the stuck disappeared. Could anyone tell me what could be the possible source or how did you deal with this problem?

I need to add something. I tried to login through other session or through windows client. They both doesn't work !

I will do the following things to identify the issue

1. Login to the box (as Admin) , where MB instilled

2. Try login MB using Admin Id/Pass

3. If this fails , look the Windows Log’s / Event ID’s and see any msg’s

4. Check MB Log's

5. Check any one changed the User information’s/ domains / net work etc..

6. Use the option to test the MB – DB connection

7. Try to restart the Box

above all fails , I will recommend to contact the support

Of particular interest are any errors in mbp.log and net.log. Sometimes the net.log will need to be enabled by navigating to the registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MediaBin, Inc.\MediaBin\Platform\CurrentVersion\Logs

Set the On and Append fields to 1 (true) for the NetworkTrace and ConnectionTrace logs.
