Is there a way to create a custom XML export task that would add a separator between the Label and the Value?

Please review the attachment for the description of what I mean.

UNfortunately the XML Encoider is restricted to the listed modes. Therefore this cannot be done as part of MediaBin. However what you suggest would be straightforward via an XSLT transformation and so it would be possible to customize a post-processing step outside of MediaBin.
