Accessing documents at support site

Hi All,

I am unable to access teamsite documents from the updated support site. I observe that the "Product Download: list item in the menu is not a link like other list items. Is this because of any restricitons in credentials?

Documentation link opens up a search menu and I havent been successful in locating teamsite documents using this.

Any suggestions is highly appriciated.

Yes, this might be credential issue. You or your employer should talk to Autonomy-Interwoven Support.

I think you meant https://support.interwoven.com/home2.asp for the second link as the first link does not exist
