Javascript error occurs after patching TS 6.7.2

[TeamSite and SitePublisher 6.7.2 patch 2 on Solaris]

Following the application of the latest patch for TeamSite 6.7.2 we are getting a javascript error that leaves us with a blank page being displayed.

This is how it occurs:

1. Open a SitePublisher page containing a DCR-based component
2. Edit the component
3. Edit the DCR
4. In the form, click 'Next'

Instead of the DCR being saved and the form window closing, a blank window is displayed. Turning on javascript debugging reveals that the error relates to a missing 'AjaxRequest' object.

Has anyone else seen this?
