iwgen Issue in TS 6.7.2 SP1

I need to generate htmls in my workflow and then set some EAs.
I m using iwgen for generation.Howver iwgen takes a lot of time and when I set EA, it says file not found.
What is the best way to do it..is there any CSSDK api equivalient to iwgen CLT.
For the time being I am using wait(100s) after iwgen and then setting the EAs.

can you post your script which invokes iwgen?
also what vpath you are using to set your EAs?
