Integrating HotDocs with Interwoven FileSite/WorkSite

Hi there,

I'm trying to integrate my Document Management System (interwoven WorkSite/FileSite) with a product called HotDocs, and I'm running into troubles when I have set up the integration and attempt to open a hotdocs form file through FileSite.

I get the following errors:

"Cannot initialize document management (application ID="HOTDOCSFILLER") Document Management Error: Not Registered"

"Cannot initialize document management (application ID="ACROBAT") Document Management Error: Not Registered"

My boss reckons it's a problem with the ODMA32 dll used for integration - we have been using the ODMA32 dll located in system32 at the moment, but I found another odma32 dll inside the filesite installer which gave the same errors.

Any light that could be shed on this situation would be appreciated. If you require any clarification please get in touch and I'll reply as soon as I can.
