This is for just information.
This is very initial version for .NET integartion with LiveSite. this version not provide Targeting functionality as of now. it may be integrated in next release.

Is this a separate LS Runtime download - that is available from the Support Site?
How do jar files (for externals) work within the Dot Net framework?

The DotNet framework makes a huge difference in Microsoft only shops. While I think this is a step in the right direction there are plenty of technical questions.
