VF mediafiles

I have two icons in VF. I have to call two different files using the transport method inside mediafiles. Eg. file1 is linked with icon1 and file2 is linked with icon2. Now on clicking icon1 file1 should run n it should give me popup1 and on clicking icon2 file2 should run and give popup2.
Please can anyone help me in doing this.

I have tried the following (Refer Attachment test_part.txt)

Now how do i call the other file i.e file2. (By doing the above both icons show me popup1.
