getPreview() method losses Transparency

Hi all,

I used mediabin's getPreview() method on transparent image(png,gif), but it losses Transparency.

Eg:
byte [] imgData = mediaBinServerSoap.getPreview(ImageId, -1, -1, MBPreviewType.Preview_128x128);
o.write(imgData);

Please give me suggestion to preserve Transparency.

Please check the description of the method in the API guide. It reads:

Retrieves a JPEG preview of a MediaBin asset with the given identifier.

JPEG's do not have transparency.

my requirement is to retrieve resized GIF,PNG with transparency.

You will need to run an actual MediaBin retrieval job. That should be pretty well documented but drop a note if you need more guidance.
