Upgrate teamsite6.7.1

Hi All,

we are planning to upgrade our teamsite from 6.7.1 to 6.7.2
i have checked in the support site, there is no patch to upgrade from 6.7.1 to 6.7.2.but there is full software.

Can any one let me know how can i proceed on this?...i mean is there any patch or do we have to install this full version of 6.7.2

Just install 672 over your 671 install. Although if you had sitepublisher, some components have been removed in 672 though.

As "noodle_eater" mentioned, you can do an in-place/direct upgrade from TeamSite 6.7.1 to TeamSite 6.7.2. However as a best practice recommendation, you should backup your previous system before proceeding with the upgrade.

If you are using SitePublisher with TeamSite 6.7.1 then you will have to generate a new license key since SitePublisher license is now incldued in TS.lic file and appropriate key must be available at the time of upgrade. If you do not have proper license key (with SitePublisher license) you have an option to install SitePublisher at a later time in stand alone mode. Please refer to TeamSite 6.7.2 installation guide for more details.

one more thing, do i need to uninstall the 6.7.1 first and then install new one or else shall i simply proceed with the installation?

No need tp uninstall, just start the install. It will tell you to stop the TS services, but the install script will do that as well. Just make certain there are no iwperl processes
running.
