Bulk update of all folders and asset

Hi,

I installed mediabin in two different systems (one is for dev and another one is for QA). In dev system, I created the template (directory structure) which contains folders, sub folders and images. Depending upon the user permission, the folder will change.

Now I want to copy the same directory structure in QA system. Please suggest easy way.
