That elaborated on the version and platform - now see if you can elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish - also indicate whether you are talking about WFT or WFM

I am using WFT.
I have a delete workflow in which if I delete generated page its corresponding DCR also get deleted.

The name of workflow has been added in availabletemplate.cfg

now that customize workflow will run by ipl file I want to keep my ipl file in UI and want to compile that using UI.

I suspect this is well above your skill level.

IF your WFT can truly be run by an ipl, then you can add a custom menu item for it. That part is easy. You also need to be able to detect what item was selected and make that the WF runs for that and only that.

If you are certain this works and want to try, then read the TS UI customization guide. It will show you how to add a new button and tie it to a script.

Actually I can access client teamsite server using teamsite UI only.

Well you cannot do what you want to do from the client UI only. This requires access to the iw-home folder on the server and the ability to rebuild the GUI which requires an Admin login.
