Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I don't know the first thing about Java. While working with an external test file, I was able to get the document() reference to work, but all my files (xsl, parent xml, and referenced xml) had to be in the same directory for it to work. Does anyone know if the document function requires that all files are in one directory, or can it use files in other directories?Thanks for the help!
