How to get file properties?

Hi,
Could anyone help me on how I can go about getting the file properties?
I want to set the value "Modified By" of dcr as one of the extended attributes.

You can use the iwextattr command located in iw-home/bin to set the extended attribute. As for getting the Modified user, you can look at the CC Professional to see who the modified by is set. If you are using it through workflow, you would either use perl if you are using perl or use the cssdk if you are using java to get the properties of the file.

Try these from a command line, see if any of the information is appealing. iwattrib -l shows all the attributes available.

cd y:/default/main/mybranch/WORKAREA/Content/templatedata/some/dir/data

iwattrib -l somefile.xml
iwattrib somefile lastuser
iwrlog -m somefile.xml
