Create DCR using CCSDK

I am looking for solutions to create DCRs programatically. Consider we have content with all the extended properties should it have in rows of excel. By writing a custom java application parsing excel rows, would be possible to create DCRs within TeamSite using CCSDK?

Any other solution is also welcomed.

I have done this a bunch of times, using perl. IMHO, it is easier to read a CSV file (of course that means your content cannot have commas but that is easy to work around). Just read a line, calculate the output file name, create and write the XML, and apply the Extended Attributes.
Is this a one shot, import the data deal ?

one could use double quotes to get around the comma in the field value.

It was in the templating CSO manual that myself and Powell Trussler wrote in .. 2001.. I guess
