Yes u can do it ,call the form API function on some event or On saving the dcr
In that function use this:
var String_Name="{name}";
IWDCRInfo.setDCRName(String_Name);

Hmm, I thought containers, like items, defaulted to using the 'name' as a label if no explicit label was provided. In the code above you show an empty string for the name of the container - I'm assuming that is not literally what you have in your DCT, if so - then that's why there's no name (I'm surprised it would work, but that's fodder for another thread if true).
Assuming that you actually have a populated name attribute associated with the container, if no implicit label shows up - be explicit with:

<container name="...">
<label>Container Name</label>
  <item name="ABC">
    ...
  </item>
</container>

If you're using "xml" style DCTs (instead of "iwov" stye) - which, IMO it is recommended to do - then the above should be:

<container name="..." location="...">
<label>Container Name</label>
  <item name="ABC" pathid="ABC">
    ...
  </item>
</container>
