Library Manager Synchronization (automatic)

We are running MP 4.1 with 2,000 users and would like to know if it is possible to schedule synchronization job instead of running it manually. Ideally this would be a nightly job that does not require any manual intervention.

Do mean LDAP Sync ?

If you meant LDAP Sync depending on whether you are on Win/Sol you can set a AT/CRON or Batch/Scheduled Job with the following command instead of using the UI manually:
>imldapsync -cluster -library
-password -syncid
