Exclude Recycle Bin From LiveReport Results

Looking at a LiveReport that brings back folders that do not have a category attached to it.However we want to exclude everything located in the recycle bin space.

At the moment recycle bin is included in the results.

Was wondering if there is a way to acheive this?

Livelink is designed with a key called OwnerID(VolumeID in programming).In the not so kicking brand new Recycle bin Recycle bin had its own "ownership" so to exclude the items in the 'Recycle bin' one could do Query explained for you to understandI am trying to find all URL Subtypes minus the ones in my recycle bin.You can use the ownerid concept in these cases In my system the subtype of recycle bin is 3030.If it is the kicking new recycle bin that does not change or move things then I wouldn't know.But a deleted item should not be returned in a DTree query DtreeCore.Deleted=0 //means not deleted DTree is a view that one calls out of DtreeCore with Deleted=0

Using the owerid in Dtree i managed to exclude recycle bin

The DTree view on its own includes items that have been "deleted" - i.e. sent to the Recycle Bin but not purged. The DTree.Deleted column, which is used to filter the DTree view, is only set to 1 when an item is purged from the Recycle Bin. So, the method you need to use depends on whether your business requirement for the report considers unpurged items in the Recycle Bin to be "deleted" or not.
