Event trigger for on save in DCT

Hi,

TS 6.7.1
I want to make my DCR private on clicking on Save in DCT.

I can use formAPI but there is already heavy load on form save functionality so i want to execute Trigger to do above task.

Please tell me can i register trigger on OnSave trigger on DCT Save?
or is there any another approach for this.

What do you mean by "make my DCR private"?

Do you mean the TeamSite "private" attribute that generally means the file cannot get submitted and versioned in TeamSite? Why would you want this?

If you mean something else, please elaborate.

I don't believe there is any explicit event subsystem "event" to trigger on for the save of a DCR, doing what you [might] want is probably best achieved via FormAPI's callServer() or [perhaps] as part of a workflow task operation - however until it is clearer exactly what you want it is difficult to say which is more reasonable.
