Issue with Visual Format--TS 6.7.1 SP 1

Hello,

I am using Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1.
I am facing some issue with the visual format on one machine whereas on other machines, it works fine with same credentials.
So it seems to be some system related issue.

Could you please let me know the hardware requirements for TS 6.7.1 SP 1 specially for Visual Format to work.

Help would be highly appreciated.

You did not mention the OS of machine. Any way, have you installed the visualformatclient on machine?
