TS 6.7.1 SP1 failed to install and TS no longer comes up!

teamster05

We recently tried to install Service Pack 1 (SP1) on our TS 6.7.1 server. Initially, the install halted during the Interwoven VisualAnnotate phase – and it threw a chown iwts:iwts error. After adding the iwts group to the server; we re-ran the installation but it stopped during the VisualAnnotate installation again (see error message below). To make matters worse, the TeamSite 6.7.1 server no longer comes up and the Solaris server had to be rebooted in single user mode. Any troubleshooting suggestions??
