Undeploy pages using Open Deploy

How can a page be un-deployed using Open Deploy based on expiration date?

We are generating page on TeamSite and publishing it on multiple servers on regular basis. We want to undeploy the page from those servers based on expiration date.

We have done un-deploy (delete) of pages from servers by having delete work flow triggering open deploy to delete files from server, but the senario did not require freqent deletion as would required for expiration date.

Can this be done OOTB using expiration date on DCT ?

Not OOTB. You would have to do some coding.

Make a script that navigates through relevant DCRs. Parse them and collect a list of expired assets. (If you do not have
enforced naming convention for the generated assets that may be costly! You'd have to use "TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDCR"
Extended Attribute of the generated Components to map them back to DCRs in question)

Note that you may have to modify some other components (not to be removed) as well, like PR Index when you are deleting obsolete
PRs, etc. Now you can build required Deletion procedures, I usually do that step as a workwflow with roll-back publishing, notifications
and the like.

When all that is done you schedule the script to run with the Scheduler your Company uses
