How to find which service pack is installed in TS?

My TS GUI "About" doesn't have any information about which service pack is installed. Any CMD line tools? Any log files?

You can check log at location

//iwinstall/log

. There are installation log files created for all the installed products of Interwoven with name, version and sp.

Start with what version of TS you are using - the newer versions (I believe starting in 6.5 though perhaps one release earlier or later) do provide this information in the "About" section.

As mentioned, you can look through the iwinstall directory to find some of this information out - though you have to be careful as at least one [older] release subsumed SP1 for a second release of the vanilla vesion and thus if you saw SP2 in iwinstall it actually meant SP1 (I don't remember if that was a 5.x or 6.x release that did that, sorry)
