noscript tag strip out in IE7

in SOURCE windows, we type in < noscript > some html. < / noscript >

once we go WYSISYG and back to SOURCE window,
noscript tag will be removed.

and it only happens in IE7
IE6 doesn't have this problem.

Is there any case number for this issue? or Does anyone know how to resolve this other than using IE6? Thanks
