problem with custom Pagetype and Layout

Hi All,
I am creating a custom pagetype and Layout for my site using livesite_customer_toolkit. It is working fine for content_center and iw_preview .
Can any one tell me what changes I need to do on the runtime to reflect the custom pagetype and layout.

you need to deploy out the changes to LIVEsite under
/profiles/base/installedApps/nd_cellname/LiveSite Run Time.ear/iw-runtime.war/WEB-INF/classes/com/interwoven/xsl/runtime
