VFE | Copy Paste from MS Word

Hi,

We are copy pasting content for VFE field from MS Word. Problem is:

- When the Content Author copies and paste the content from MS word to VFE it looks good. But as soon as he clicks on VFE field, then the fomatting and font size appears to be changed (But if we look at CODE VIEW of VFE nothing has changed)
- Font Size of some of the content appears to be changed. But actually they are not.
- When the same content is preview or deployed than it appears good on the Front end web page. The font also looks standard (is the same as that of original document)

Question:
1. What change should I do to make sure that the visual that Content Author sees in VFE field should look like the original document content

This is troubling a lot. I am using 'preservewordformat' = true

Hi Rohit,
You can do following things in visualformat.xml file (make sure copy of original file):

That mswordfilter and autoclean are false. Both attributes may remove Word formatting. Also, ensure both preserveword attributes are true; otherwise, Word formatting is lost.

If you want to retain even more HTML tags from Word, set reducetags= "false".
If you want to display the content without using a style sheet, like ektnormal.css, set publishstyles="true".
