Disable SitePublisher links

Mr_Cruise

Dear All,

Does anyone know the id for the links under the 'SitePublisher' menu as I can't find them.

I want to remove the two manage profile links.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You can find those links id in ui_common.xml file that is located at below path:
\\iw-home\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\conf\livesite_rules

Faizi,

Thanks for the pointer as I had the higher level element ‘menu’ incorrectly set however, the file did not contain the ID’s (that I needed!).

So I viewed the source of the TeamSite GUI and the ID’s were set on the page.

It is a shame that Interwoven do not clearly document these ID’s to save us time and effort, then again we would not be in a job ;-)

Here is my XML so it helps others:-
