Dialog Editor and custom scripting?

I am working on a project on which I have been make simple changes within the Dialog Editor. However now I have a requirement which requires that upon saving the form certain code should be executed, what is the best way of executing code from a form altered in the Dialog Editor? If it matters I'm changing the New Dialog form.
