Dynamic page redirection

Hi All,
I have made a component where I am fetching some data from DB.The Data coming is rearranged in the form of a list. Now I want to make each item in the list as link, so when the user click on any link(list item) he shud be directed to a page(in the Teamsite e.g. 1.page)
Where should I implement it in the SP?Please suggest some method or any documentation which i can refer relevant to this.

Thanks
Harendra

I would imagine you would do it in the Appearance XSL - using, naturally, XSL to transform the data.
