Getting parsing error while generating the DCR

When saved Dcr is generated ,the output file which is supposed to come xml but it's shows the parsing error on the browser.Although the output files xml are able to save and seems correct when viewed on downloading the xml file.

I am not sure why this parsing error is coming.Could anyone please help to find out the cause.
The following error are coming at the browser on click of generate button in the dct.

i remember seeing this issue before... i might be wrong, but I think the issue is related to preview not working properly. check if you can preview other files (html files...). try to deleted some of those zz_ files from your workarea and /templatedata, then try to generate / preview the file again.

You might wanna check CRb said also I noticed that there is an apostrophie there change it to equivalent ascii.

Are you sure you posted the correct file? The error message indicates that somewhere you have a

<br>

instead of

<br />

- and it is complaining about column 3 of line 5 - neither of those line up with the file you posted - so perhaps you're looking in the wrong place for the source of the error?

Yes,I have posted the correct file.Also i don't find any

Use XML notation for ampersand followed by nbsp;

The fragment in question is bracketed in CDATA. XML is well-formed as is, there is no need to tinker with special characters.
Some other File causes the problem, not the Posted one

I suspect the problem is in the PT not the DCR or XML being processed. Search through your PT for <br> (with any amount of white-space before the close '>')
