Problem viewing emails in folders

Hi,

I have a user who is unable to see emails in a folder with 2000 items in it, but only when he sorts by "Received" date. All the fields are blank except the "Received field" which just says "None" down the list.

I have even rebuilt the laptop but the problem remains.

Any ideas?

hi

generaly this happens when users drag&drop emails in bulk to filesite. To fix this Interwoven provides a utility called MsgFix Utility (message fix utility). By using that we can resolve the issue.
